| The opportunities that we pursue have significant demonstrated revenue growth (over 20% yoy), are in defensible businesses and are priced to provide a margin of safety and a favorable risk/reward trade-off. We search across industries and asset classes. We apply strict investment criteria in order to identify and select the best long-term opportunities.
Our global business and investment experience combined with a unique local business understanding and network ensure that we have access to the most attractive deals as they emerge.
